I am excited to announce that I will be the local author host for renowned sci-fi author Hannu Rajaniemi who will be reading at the LitQuake event on October 11th in San Rafael.

Other than having last names that are difficult to say and harder to spell, we are both authors of speculative fiction.

Hannu’s wonderful debut novel, The Quantum Thief, was published in 2010 and nominated for the 2011 Locus Award for Best First Novel. The third book in the series, The Causal Angel, was published in 2014.

The event will be on October 11th, 2014 at 3:00 at Gamescape North in San Rafael.
